Over the years, he has worked with leading organizations including PayMate, Global Delight, and Robosoft Technologies, among others.

Previously, as Vice President – Design at Robosoft Technologies, Dean led large-scale design initiatives that shaped global digital experiences and strengthened product ecosystems across industries. His work has received 50+ national and international recognitions, including accolades at the Abby Awards and recognition as a Webby Awards Official Honoree.

Beyond leadership and accolades, Dean views art and design as a collaborative act, where the creator provides the essence, and the audience completes the story. His approach sits at the intersection of creativity, strategic thinking, and measurable impact.
